Joanna's Vegan Mofo Recipe: Stove Top Popcorn

Mmmm...popcorn.  Popcorn reminds me of cool autumn nights and cheesy horror flicks.  Joanna from SkribblyKids has been kind enough to share her latest twist on one of my favorite fall snacks.

Joanna's Stove top Popcorn
Cook time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/3 cup of high quality popcorn kernels
2 Tbsp or more  of Olivina margarine
Vegetable seasoning
Chili flakes

METHOD

Heat the oil and kernels in saucepan WITH A LID on medium high heat.  Shake shake shake the pan until the popcorn is mostly popped (should take 5-6 mins).  Then, melt the margarine and chili flakes together and pour over the popcorn.
Add vegetable seasoning to taste (it's very salty).  Enjoy!
